Advising for International Students/Researchers  

The International Center offers advising services to international students and researchers who have concerns about their academic studies or living in Japan.

For first-time advising:       

  • Send an e-mail to advising_at_ryugaku.kyoto-u.ac.jp, or visit the advisors during their hours of availability as provided above in the “Advising Schedule.” Be sure to e-mail or call in advance if you would like to make an appointment for a specific time-frame.
  • Inquiries by e-mail are accepted at any time, however they may take a few days to process.
